user-friendly patient management system that lets patient to manage their day to day tasks in an unparalleled Web and mobile (Responsive) experiences.

Solution
Create a Mobile-Responsive Web application that will respond to the needs of patients and loved ones. The application should include a booking process, a list of taken medications on time, a detailed alert system, Health Progress, Prescription management, and the ability to track other people taking care of their loved ones.
The need of an hour is to digitalize the platform where people support other people to stay strong globally. A unique destination that provides moral support and information on how to get the best medical assistance to the community.
Furthermore, a list of current and past medications can be kept on record in the Web app history. Additionally, having a list of medications is helpful in providing a full experience of transparency and record-keeping about the user’s health, Fitness
